What is Reiki?

You’ll get immediate access to a welcome module with a short meditation and a clear orientation so you know what everything is, where it lives, and how to begin.

You’ll also receive access to the modules of Reiki I right away, so you can start learning the foundations as soon as you enroll. If you have extra time or curiosity, the Chakra Journey is there for you as well.

The live work begins once the group starts.

Do you have a guarantee?

I don’t offer outcome-based guarantees.

What I do offer is a well-held container, clear guidance, and ongoing support. If life circumstances make it impossible for you to continue, we can talk about crediting you toward a future round.

The emphasis here is communication, not forcing yourself through.

Question 3

What is different between the practitioners?

No problem. Life happens.

All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive the replay as soon as it’s ready. I’ll also check in with you individually through Telegram to see how you’re doing and answer any questions that come up.

If you miss more than one session in a row, we’ll connect one-on-one to make sure you’re supported and oriented.

That said, the group class is where most of the magic happens, so do try prioritizing showing up live every week.

What can I do if I have a bad experience with my practitioner?

This program is about learning to stay anchored in yourself while being attuned to another person at the same time.

It’s about feeling safe in your sensitivity, building energetic stability, and letting Reiki give you—slowly and thoroughly—what it has to offer through lived practice.

How is this different from a regular Reiki I?

Accepted Answer

This is a Reiki I training.

The difference is that it’s slowed down and formatted so you can actually receive what’s being transmitted in a lived way - and let the wisdom of it transfer to the rest of your life.

Do you have any local teachers you recommend?

I don’t see this program as better or worse than in-person training—just different. Each has its strengths, and if you have the resources and interest, I often recommend doing both.

How much time will this actually take each week?

Accepted Answer

The core commitment is one 90-minute live Zoom session each week. If that’s all you can do, that’s enough.

In addition, you’ll have about 10–40 minutes of materials most weeks, plus optional practices. Daily practices can be as short as five minutes or as long as thirty.

How much you put in is how much you’ll get out.

What kind of person tends to struggle in this program?

People who are looking to be rescued or who want someone else to do the work for them will likely find this challenging.

This container is built for people who are willing to engage, reflect, and take responsibility for their own process—even gently and imperfectly.

What happens if I realize mid-way this isn’t the right fit?

It is completely safe—and actually best—to tell me early if something feels off.

If friction or uncertainty comes up, I ask that you message me directly on Telegram. Often, a small adjustment is all that’s needed, or the discomfort is coming from material we’re about to reach. Sometimes it’s simply a timing mismatch.

We’ll look at it together, without pressure or obligation.

Is this appropriate if I’ve already done Reiki I (or other trainings)?

Very often, yes.

Many people come to this work knowing the material but not yet fully receiving it in their body or daily life. Reiki deepens through repetition and practice over time.

I bring over 15 years of full-time Reiki practice—working with clients and teaching practitioners—and I encourage students with prior training to use the one-on-one support fully.

Is this appropriate if it's the very first thing like this I ever do?

Yes, absolutely.

This program provides strong foundations for entering the world of energy work. It supports discernment, opens your channel gradually, and introduces you to the practice in a grounded, integrated way.

No prior experience is required.

Question 14

Do I need to share personally in the group?

Accepted Answer

You will be invited to show up and participate, but you’ll never be asked to overshare.

I won’t ask for personal details you’re not comfortable sharing. Often, participation is as simple as naming a word for how you’re feeling. That word can be emotional, physical, or even conceptual.

Many sensitive people find this aspect of the course challenging at first, but it can often quickly becomes the most rewarding.
